*laugh wan kill me o* After I failed WAEC exams, I ran to Owerri to live with my granny. All my parents motivational speeches fell on deaf ears. I decided to quit western education. I was ashamed and angry. Body was just doing me like I won't make it in life again.😂😂😂
.
One day, after I and granny returned from the farm, we were helping ourselves to a breakfast of roasted plantains, yams and oil sauce, when a big jeep pulled over. Lo and behold , it was my uncle from the abroad and one small aunty laidat, that stepped out.
.
Uncle told us that he had come to introduce his second wife. Although my grandma was happy to see him, she was disturbed. He had just been married for five years.
.
Uncle explained that his wife had only been able to give him a girl child, and he needs sons to carry on his name. He can't allow his name to die jus laidat. So he decided to get a wife, who will stay in Nigeria, give birth to his plenty sons, train them with African culture, and show them his lands as well. 😂😂😂
.
When uncle left to greet other members of the family, Granny dragged the aunty to one corner. She reiterated to Aunty that since uncle has no intentions of taking her abroad, wasn't it better she turns down the marriage offer and finish her education? Maybe someone who will take her abroad will come through.
.
"For where!" Aunty shouted.😂😂😂 Aunty begged my granny not to put sand in the garri that heaven has prepared for her. She said she was about to write waec, and she know say she no go even pass sef, because the thing hard. So it was better she holds one thing. She can't be an unmarried illiterate.😂😂😂
.
My Grandma became even more shocked when Aunty advised her to get ready to carry plenty sons. According to her, they have 'boy genes' in their family.😂😂😂.
.
Aunty also emphasized that she will be giving birth to the first son. In other words, her son will inherit all my uncles property. As for living in Nigeria and not going overseas? She wasn't bothered. So long as her and her sons live in uncle's big house, and uncle keeps sending them plenty money for up keep.😂😂😂
.
I almost choked on my plantain when Granny advised me to inspire the young girl to go back and complete her education. Hian! Inspire the young girl bawo???😦 With which mouth? Me that couldn't even pass WAEC???
.
Who I be????😏😏😏😏😂😂😂
.
Abeg oo. I just finished planting corn at that big farm. I'm tired. Lemme eat this food in peace.
.
After much talk, my uncle finally got married. Throughout their small honey moon periods, him and his new wife will always come visiting with matching attires. Aunty sef don join am to dey carry bottled water sef. No be small thing o! Too much juice, too much sauce!😂😂😂 Good bye to clay pot and pure water.
Eva water ti takeover. See levels!😂😂
.
Then time came for uncle to travel abroad...He got to the airport and experienced some difficulties. Before he knew it, he was detained, till his visa expired. The officials asked if he knew someone abroad that could identify him... He reached out to his first wife. The woman denied him. His four year old daughter sef, deny am join. 😂😂😂
.
They didn't even stop there. The woman and his daughter who's a citizen joined forces and claimed everything he had over there, reported him, and made sure he was banned from entering the country. Only God know the Kain allegation them put for him head.😂😂
.
Women?! Fear women! When they want to run you street laidis, they do it in grand style. Imagine four year old pikin dey disown papa! Indeed, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.😂😂😂😂😂
.
Finally, when it dawned on uncle that poverty has chased and caught up with him, and that he had to start from the scratch, he decided to settle in Nigeria, sell his Jeep, and build a block industry in the village.
.
One day he visited us again with his angry wife, who was clutching an Eva water can as usual. He explained his business plans to my grandma who listened with rapt attention. When he was done talking, he asked granny for her advice.
.
Granny was like" How can I advise you if you people are still carrying this bottled water upandan? Is it not better to get used to pure water and start saving money through that first?" 😂😂😂😂😂
"My wife is pregnant. And can't drink this village water." Uncle replied.😂
.
Grandma wan craze. "Which wife? Has she not been drinking borehole before you met her? If it was bad , she should be dead by now. You people should climb down to pure water or better still, retain your empty Eva water cans, boil the borehole water well, and pour it inside them. I assure you. Nobody in the village will know about it, except me and you people."😂😂
.
Laugh wan kill me that day! My granny is a clown! Aswear! See survival tactics wey she dey give person fa!😂😂😂Hay God!!!
******Major fast forward*******
.
Some months later, I had overcome my depression and traveled back to my father's house when my mum received a call from the village. The way she shouted the Jesus ehn, fear catch me. I thought granny had passed on.
.
When she dropped the call, she looked at me with regrets in her eyes and said; "Your uncle's wife gave birth to a girl." 😂😂😂
.
" Ehen! Is geh not pikin? I can't believe you almost made me suffer cardiac arrest because of nothing sef. Mtcheew!"
.
My mama vex for me that day ehn! According to her, uncle had sacrificed virtually all he had for this male child. Me and my Papa just dey laugh. And I'm sure my granny too go dey laugh. The woman funny sha! She kept calling me heartless.
.
I was like "Mummy wait fez o. Why should I be angry? Wetin concern vulture and barber? How I go dey tear pant ontop wetin no concern me se?😂😂😂 Shey his wife has boy genes abi? Ehn.... They should try again na!"😂😂😂
.
All this male-child maniacs! Instead of them to be hustling how to deposit the Y chromosome inside their wives, they will be looking for other women to perform magic with. Odiegwu!
.
The annoying part is that, some of them will just blame their annoying actions on the fact that they want someone to carry the family name.
.
Carry it to where kwanu? Onitsha or Lagos?😂😂😂 Oga if you dey find legacy, make one for yourself! How many male children does Jesus have? How many male children does Obama have? Have they not made history?
.
Please miss me with that bullshit!
.
Now my uncle is now in the village, living with an angry wife and three daughters. It cannot pain me walahi! 😂😂😂
.
Aiye le oooooo Ibosi oooo

NIGER DELTA DEMAND CONTROL OF OIL BLOCKS
A coalition of Niger Delta militants is demanding from the Federal Government the return of all oil blocs controlled by Northerners to the people of the oil producing region. The demand is in retaliation for the order issued by Northern youth organizations to the Igbo in the north to quit the region by October 1.
The Niger Delta Watchdogs, Niger Delta Volunteers, Niger Delta Peoples Fighters, Niger Delta Warriors, Bakassi Freedom Fighters, Niger Delta Movement for Justice, Niger Delta Fighters Network and Niger Delta Freedom Mandate, said in a joint statement yesterday that they also intend to declare an independent Niger Delta on October 1 with a view to freeing their people from what they called northern enslavement.
The communiqué was signed by ‘General’ John Duku (Niger Delta Watchdogs and Convener: Coalition of Niger Delta Agitators), ‘General’ Ekpo Ekpo (Niger Delta Volunteers), ‘General’ Osarolor Nedam (Niger Delta Warriors), and ‘Major-Gen.’ Henry Okon Etete (Niger Delta Peoples Fighters).
Others are ‘Major-Gen.’ Asukwo Henshaw (Bakassi Freedom Fighters), ‘Major-Gen.’ Ibinabo Horsfall (Niger Delta Movement for Justice), ‘Major-Gen.’ Duke Emmanson (Niger Delta Fighters Network), and ‘Major-Gen.’ Inibeghe Adams (Niger Delta Freedom Mandate).
Besides, they warned all the companies operating such oil blocs to quit within three months.
The group said: “A coalition of the Niger Delta militants met today in Port Harcourt to review the recent call by the Arewa Youths groups that the Ndigbo should vacate all the Northern states within three months. “We see the declaration by Arewa Youths as a declaration which the northern elders, leaders, political elite, security heads from the North and governors were fully aware of.
“We demand 100 per cent control of our resources. We demand that the Federal Government should hand over all oil blocs owned by northerners to Niger Delta indigenes. All the companies operating in such oil blocs/wells should vacate within three months.
“The Federal Government should immediately relocate NNPC and all the offices that have to do with oil/gas sector back to Niger Delta states and immediately replace the Group Managing Director with an indigene of Niger Delta.
“All northern indigenes working in NNPC and any other board that has anything to do with oil/gas should be sacked with immediate effect.
“We demand an independent and sovereign Republic of Niger Delta. We are tired of living with the North under Nigeria. We are tired of the President’s sentiments against the Niger Delta people.
“The President can have time to receive the Chibok girls but could not have time to meet with the representatives of the Niger Delta agitators. Our money has been used to fund Boko Haram, a problem created by the Northerners in order to use it as conduit pipe to siphon the resources of Niger Delta.
“On October 1, 2017 we shall declare our independence come rain, come shine. We shall take our destiny in our hands and free ourselves from the slavery of the North as they are tired of one Nigeria.” copied

LOW INCOME OF NIGERIAN DOCTORS EXPLAINED
Every Nigerian has a doctors number or has a friend who knows a doctor. Once they have complain, they don't bother going to take a card in the nearest hospital, they simply dial the most available doctors number. He takes a history on the phone and makes a diagnosis on the phone. This has 70% chances of being correct. Thereafter, the patient gets to the pharmacists and lab scientists to pay for the recommended drugs and tests.
By so doing, the "good" doctor who did phone consultation has prevented the nearest hospital from being patronised. Millions of such consultation occur daily and it is getting more by the day. With this poor patronage, you may not expect that hospital to be able to meet up with rent, govt and environmental taxes, talk less of paying good and regular salaries.
So, the hospital ends up paying little to staff including the doctors.
If hospitals were well patronised, and a doctor is not well paid by a colleague or govt he can easily walk out and start one hospital as well as pay others better. But because of general poor hospital patronage, many of us would rather take the "shit" and keep going on strike.
But let these millions of telephone consultation stop and add those patients to the hospital clients. Patronage would increase and more money for salaries. If you are not well paid you can walk away , go elsewhere or start your own; then pay others better.
But for now, it frequently costs a mere phone calls or a phone chat to get a doctor's service. Yet that same doctor complains of poor pay in his working place or he may even be jobless.
Many govt employees, senior doctors, junior doctors and even medical students do this.
DEMAND AND SUPPLY DETERMINES THE VALUE ATTACHED TO ANYTHING HUMANS GET- especially financial value.
You can simply take a good phone history ask the patient to meet you in a hospital for examination. Or direct him or her to a nearest hospital for examination and more definite diagnosis. This prevents you from being seen as wicked and also gives financial value to your services.
Doctors Beware.

Nigeria has 774 LGAs.
The North has 19 states, and the 19 states have 419 LGAs.
The South has 17 states, and the 17 states have 357 LGAs.
Working with the data from the office of the Accountant General as published by the Ministry of Finance (2013 April), the 357 LGAs of the 17 southern states receive 45.1% of what they contribute is 100%.
The 419 LGAs of the 19 Northern states receive 54.9% of what they contribute is 0.00%.
Base on this, Ann-Kio Briggs writes:
No grammar will take away the fact that l am talking of equity and justice. The South of Nigeria particularly the Niger Delta has over loved the North, and they don't appreciate it. We must now love ourselves, our children and their future and region 200%.
Some Niger Delta people may think it is politically correct to continue to give to a system and people that will never give to us, and even consider us fools for giving. I refuse to be politically correct, if it means sacrificing Niger Delta.
How dare someone who brings nothing and takes more than me who brings 100% ask me what l am doing with the little that he did not steal.
THE INJUSTICE OF REVENUE ALLOCATION IN NIGERIA (2)
By Ann-kio Briggs.
I am ready to take on anyone, be they politicians or individuals on the facts. The freedom of information bill compels the FG to give Nigerians the monthly expenditure of oil and gas revenue.
How much does Federal Government owe the NDDC? How much does the Federal Government owe the Ministry of Niger Delta? How much is the Federal Government owing the Amnesty program? How much does the Federal Government owe the oil and gas producing states?
I call on the oil and gas producing states, and the communities to educate themselves on the FACTS AND LIES ON THE CLAIMS THAT EXPLORATION OF OIL AND GAS IN THE NIGER DELTA WAS CARRIED OUT BY USING NORTHERN RESOURCES.
This claim is divisive and a lie, and will continue to fuel the anger that will continue to hold up our needs to agitate for 101% ownership and control of our God given resources.
As long as people from the North continue to feed these lies to themselves and the rest of Nigeria we in the Niger Delta will not step down from our agitation for ownership and control of our resources.
These claims are lies, they insult and assault us as a people and region, that has made sacrifices the beneficiaries of our natural resources will never make. If some foolish and ignorant Niger Delta people are willing to sell their birth rights the majority of us are not. If the greedy amongst us are willing to be beggars for what is our own, the majority that have been denied and impoverished for over 50 years, are no longer willing to accept these assaults.
FACTS OF FACTS ABOUT THE FUNDING OF OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION IN THE NIGER DELTA:
The first and unsuccessful exploration for oil was in 1908 by Nigeria Bitumen Coy. & British Colonial Petroleum around Okitipupa. (Before Amalgamation ).
In 1938 Shell D'Arcy was granted exploration licence to explore for oil.
In 1955, Mobil Oil Corporation started oil exploration in the Niger Delta.
In 1956 Shell BP (formerly Shell D'Arcy) at that time the only concessionaire finally STRUCK oil at Oloibiri in COMMERCIAL quantity, after over 50 yrs of exploration.
There are figures sourced from *Carland 1985, (colonial office and Nigeria (1898-1914) and annual report of the colonies.
*Northern Nigeria 1904 and annual report of the colonies
Northern Nigeria 1906 -1907 to support my claims and l will only respond to people who have cross checked or have superior facts to counter mine.
I don't deal with propaganda or lies. These are my facts bring yours. Nigeria of Southern and Northern protectorate were amalgamated for the simple economic reason that the colonial British government was running the North on deficit as the expenditure in the North was more than its revenue.
While the revenue in the South was more than its expenditure.
(And these facts are not about people who are bankers or good with figures it is about facts).
Therefore unless the North of Nigeria were oil prospecting partners with the Nigeria Bitumen Coy. & British Colonial Petroleum in 1908,
Shell D'Arcy in 1938
Mobil Oil Corporation in 1955 and Shell BP in 1956 it never used it's groundnut money in our Niger Delta
If the people of the North or the government of Northern Nigeria were not partners or shareholders in these private investment companies how on earth did money from groundnut and hides and skins used to explore for oil and gas?
The attempts to change the economic history of Nigeria to justify the injustice of looting the resources from NigerDelta to share amongst a few is not acceptable. The greed of a few to use the Nigeria state to continue to benefit maximally from the Niger Delta wealth while denying the rightful owners even the 50% they enjoyed in the days of groundnut and cocoa is no longer acceptable to the people of the Niger Delta.
No amount of twisting, turning, threats, blackmail, and lies will stop our calls for equity and justice.
It was in 1973, 3 years after the civil war, the genocidal war against the Igbos, that the First Participation Agreement (FPA) saw the Federal Government's acquisition of 35% shares in the oil companies. In 1974 the Second Participation Agreement (SPA) the FG equity was increased to 55%.
MY QUESTION. ON BEHALF OF MY PEOPLE AND REGION TO THE PEOPLE OF THE NORTH TO TELL US THE OWNERS AND IMPOVERISHED PEOPLE OF NIGER DELTA HOW THEIR GROUNDNUT PROCEEDS WAS USED TO FUND OIL PROSPECTING AND OPERATIONS IN MY NIGER DELTA.
We maintain that it is possible for Nigeria to remain a Country, but we must first sit down and agree on a fresh agreement that we will all submit our demands and conditions to if we agree then we agree, if we disagree then we disagree.
But we are no longer prepared to give away the future of our grand children and their children. Surely this is the least that even the North will ask for or demand, if the oil and gas was on and in their land.
THE NORTH DID NOT AND HAVE NEVER USED THEIR GROUNDNUT OIL MONEY IN THE NIGER DELTA TO PROSPECT FOR OIL AND GAS OR ANY OTHER NATURAL RESOURCE PROSPECTING.
