"FG will complete 2nd Niger Bridge"--Osinbanjo
2nd Niger Bridge promise which is more than 20 yrs old has remains a metaphor for Igbo marginalization and subjugation! However, it is too late for anyone to fool the people again with the promise of building a Second Niger Bridge. How long did it take the network of bridges & flyovers in Lagos? What of virgin grassland of Abuja that was transformed to paradise only within 8 yrs?.
By the way, did anyone promise the Yorubas the Third Mainland Bridge or the MMA before either was built? Did anyone promise the North, a non oil producing area, a refinery before one was built in Kaduna? But we are one country, one Nigeria..
Osinbajo should please leave Igbos alone! We have heard enough of the calculated insults and propaganda's! Go and complete Enugu-Onitsha and Enugu-Port Harcourt express way first before coming to bridge.
Igbos are now wiser! Nothing surprises us anymore!!
