So 2018 is Israel’s 70th birthday, and many believe that it was not a coincidence that Donald Trump formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel just prior to this very important anniversary. In fact, the US Embassy in Jerusalem should be ready to open by the time, May 14th rolls around.
But even more incredible is the fact that President Trump’s announcement took place on the 17th of Kislev, which is the precise date on the Hebrew calendar when the Partition Plan for Palestine was adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1947.
2017 is exactly 70 years from 1947, and many are drawing parallels between that period of time and the 70 year Babylonian exile that we read about in the Bible. Of course the Babylonian exile was formally ended by King Cyrus, and many have compared Trump to a modern day Cyrus.
Donald Trump won the Presidential election on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s seventh year, seventh month and seventh day in office.
On Trump’s first full day in office he was 70 years, 7 months and 7 days old, and it happened in year 5777 on the Hebrew calendar. Year of 5 for Grace and Triple 7 for final completion and Jubilee. Donald Trump was born exactly 700 days before Israel declared independence on May 14th, 1948.
777 days after Trump’s birth, Israel was exactly 77 days old.
Israel’s 70th anniversary will come exactly 700 days after Donald Trump’s 70th birthday.The signs and indications are all in place.
So here are facts for educative and enlightenment purposes:
1. Donald Trump self-sponsored himself throughout the campaign and finally the election...the very first politician to have done that in the history of USA politics
2. In other words... there are no SPECIAL INTEREST...GROUPS OR CULT that co-sponsored his election

4. I'm not surprised by the alleged aggression towards ladies which probably happened when he was in the throes of his adolescence that comes with wealth
5. Nonetheless...there are facts you need know about the 45th President of the USA...Donald Trump is a complete "teetotaller"...he's a disciplinarian of the top echelon as none of his children...drinks...smoke or has a dot of tattoo on their skin same as Trump!
6. The only telephone call he picks under a tight schedule is call from any of his children which is a mark of one who doesn't joke with any of his children albeit his grandchildren
7. He was earning $220 - $250 million dollars monthly and now as President of USA...he earns "NADA"! I repeat $1 dollars as refusing to earn his income is a violation of the constitution so he deliberately earns a dollar and donates his remaining $399 thousand not millions but $399 thousand dollars to charity every month which means he will be TAX-FREE throughout his term as PRESIDENT OF THE USA...no American President has ever done it!!
8. He was accurately predicted that he would win the Presidency as far back as almost a decade ago
9. He's extremely versatile in almost every subject but also a perfectionist
10. He believes ABSOLUTELY in the HOLY CREED! He's anti-gay...anti-bestial...name it! He believes in the HOLY CREED! That was why he couldn't keep a mistress...it's divorce and remarriage! He has abrogated the Lind-ford Johnson law preventing Christian Organisations from ever campaigning for any candidate! He has also removed and uprooted from the USA Whitehouse Website anything related to gay or bestiality
11. He picked a hard line "born again" as Vice-President because of his hatred for early termination of pregnancies! He believes abortion is death to a living human being and thus the USA policy by Obama to have your abortions done outside the soil of USA AND PAID BY THE USA was totally abolished by TRUMP!!
12. During Obama's reign Christians were slaughtered seriously all over the world especially in the Middle East and OBAMA DID NOTHING!! I mean NOTHING!! Obama is a "concealed" Islamic fundamentalist! He allowed the establishment of ISIS TO FLOURISH during his tenure and they were untouchable but under TRUMP within a year(actually 10 months)...ISIS now decimated in IRAQ and about to be annihilated in Syria but for the Russians! Obama insisted that aid or military support will only suffice "if and only if" African Countries abolish GAY LAWS...conclusively OBAMA DID NOTHING FOR AFRICA...nothing...NADA!! TRUMP has already donated warships to Nigeria and weapons to eliminate all forms of threats to sovereignty of Nigeria...under 10 months and about to assist in the repatriation of stolen funds from the US Soil!

He's deeply at loggerheads with Angela Merkel the German Chancellor for the policy of admitting 1 million refugees from the Middle East and as far as he's concerned GERMANY IS ENCOURAGING TERRORISM by allowing a safe-haven for terrorist! This has made Merkel to soft-pedal! He personally went to the Middle-East to warn them killing of Christians will not be tolerated and this as a fact has made Egypt to take threats to the Christians nau Coptics in Egypt to be protected
14. The backlash has exposed Quatar as a terrorist state sponsor which has imposed AIR...SEA and several bans on the sovereign state.

You May Quit Alcohol But Still Drink For Friends😄😄😄
Banta Singh walks into a bar in London , orders 3 glasses of beer and sits in the backyard of the room, drinking a sip out of each one in turn.
When he finishes, he comes back to the bar counter and orders 3 more.
The bartender asks him:
"You know, beer goes flat after I fill it in the glass; it would taste better if you buy one at a time."
Banta Singh replies:

A Bizarre Tale Of Impunity And Brigandry In Nigeria Govt

MALAMI, MAINA, MCSN & ME – A BIZZARE TALE
On December 6, 2017, a Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Buba stepped into his court room in Ikoyi, Lagos. His court room was full to the brim. Justice Buba was scheduled to deliver an important judgment in a matter that has caused so much trouble in the Nigerian creative industry.
Justice Buba did not deliver the judgment. A visibly angry Buba said that the evening before, he received a petition against him from a party in the case, obviously trying to intimidate him. He announced that ‘come rain, come sunshine’ he would deliver the judgment on December 14.
Lo and behold, on December 14, Justice Ibrahim Buba still did not deliver the judgment. He said that the case file had been taken from him and he had no choice but to adjourn the matter till further notice!
The key question Justice Buba was scheduled to answer in his judgment is this: Under Nigerian law, is the syndicate, Musical Copyright Society Nigeria (MCSN) truly an approved collecting society and authorized to collect money on behalf of innocent Nigerian musicians? Somebody did not want that question answered hence the muscling of Justice Ibrahim Buba.
You may wonder why this is important. The MCSN cabal, together with its henchman, one Mayowa Ayilaran and six of MCSN’s officials are facing seven different criminal cases before different judges of the Federal High Court. Each of the cases was filed by the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), an agency of the Federal Government.
How did this bizarre tale take this crazy turn? Early in 2017, the Attorney-General of the Federation & Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami, in a strange letter, directed the NCC to approve MCSN as a collecting society to collect copyright royalties for the Nigerian music industry. At the NCC, they were mystified by what Mr. Malami, a lawyer, was asking them to do. The NCC replied Mr. Malami giving him several reasons clearly showing that what he was asking the commission to do is dangerous and unlawful.
The NCC objections did not stop the AGF. In a strongly worded letter dated 22nd March, 2017, Mr. Malami ordered the NCC, despite the strong protestations, not only to immediately license MCSN, but to withdraw every case filed by the commission against MCSN including the seven criminal cases at the Federal High Court before Justice Mojisola Olateregun Ishola, Justice Babatunde Kwewumi and Justice Abdulazeez Anka.
Any ‘baby lawyer’ will tell you that the AGF has the power to file a ‘Nolle Prosequi’ to stop any case. In this case, the AGF did not file a ‘Nolle’. He ordered the NCC to abruptly withdraw the cases, referring to the powers he thinks he has under Section 50 of the Copyright Act to give directives to the NCC. The only problem is that the law in Section 51 expressly vests the power to give directives to the NCC in “the minister charged with the responsibility for culture” and not the AGF.
On learning about this strange development, I sought to see the AGF because I knew that his directives would set the music industry on fire. I am very familiar with the Copyright Act; I served in the committee that drafted the Act. I am familiar with the Copyright Commission; I was twice on the board of the commission. I know the Nigerian music industry from several directions.
I met with the AGF in his Abuja office on April 6, 2017. After our discussions including documents I gave to him, Mr. Malami said that he did not quite understand the issues but had acted out of persistent pressure from his S.A. (Media), one Salihu Othman Isa. He also told me that he was alarmed at some point with the unending pressure of Isa and that he had asked Isa what his interest was in the matter. I believed Mr. Malami.
To cut a long story short, I asked the AGF what he was going to do about the matter since he had become better informed. He looked at me, eye ball to eye ball, and said, “give me seven days”. Seven days passed and nothing happened. Another seven days went by and I placed a call to the AGF and there was no answer. I sent him a text and there was no reply. I followed up with an e-mail which received no acknowledgement. It became clear to me that I had been sold a dummy. Mr. Malami all the time knew what he was doing!
At COSON of which I am chairman, we addressed a press conference on the issue. Thereafter, I was sent a battery of very vile text messages by one Sylvester, a very senior aide to Mr. Malami calling me names in gutter language totally unbecoming of a senior government official. This was followed by mails threatening me with court action.
When it became obvious that despite his promise, the AGF would never address the problem, we took the issues to the Federal High Court for a resolution. Justice Ibrahim Buba before whom the case is, is being harassed, intimidated and blackmailed. He is being forcefully prevented from delivering judgment in the matter. I thought that I would never see this kind of day in my fatherland when the rule of law is so violently assaulted. The courts were supposed to be the last refuge of the common man. I am startled by the precedent being set: a judge being arm-twisted so that he does not deliver judgment in a case as he deems fit. Absolutely crazy!
I have no idea what decision Justice Buba would have come to. What I know is that all the parties have a right to go to the Court of Appeal if any of us is dissatisfied with the judgment. At the same time that Justice Buba is being harassed, a strange coup was hatched to quickly get rid of me at COSON followed by so much falsehood being peddled around which they think will destroy my integrity. You think it is a coincidence? Forget it! They are all being cooked in the same kitchen. Somebody is afraid of the judgment of Justice Ibrahim Buba.
I have followed the matter of Abdulrasheed Maina, former chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pensions Reform. I followed the testimony of the Head of Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita at the House of Representatives Enquiry. Everything she said is familiar. There is a pattern. We know about Malami and Maina and we now know about Malami and MCSN. How many others in this MMM Plus scheme don’t we know about? It is clear that we have a Chief Law Officer who erroneously thinks that he is the law. He should be told that he is not.
I am asking all the judges in the Nigerian legal system to insist that the case file in Suit No FHC/L/CS/1259/2017 be returned to Justice Ibrahim Buba so that he can deliver judgment in the case as he deems fit. Tell me, if they are allowed to get away with this, what will they not do next? With a bible in my hand, I swore to defend the rights of the Nigerian creative community. Nobody, no matter how powerful he thinks he is, will stop me from doing that.
By the way, if something funny happens to me in the coming days, Nigerians ought to know in which kitchen it was cooked.

A Beautiful Tale Of Sacrifice
A man married a beautiful girl. He loved her very much. One day she developed a skin disease. Slowly she started to lose her beauty. It so happened that one day her husband left for a tour. While returning he met with an accident and lost his eyesight. However their married life continued as usual. But as days passed she lost her beauty gradually. Blind husband did not know this and there was not any difference in their married life. He continued to love her and she also loved him very much.
One day she died. Her death brought him great sorrow.
He finished all her last rites and wanted to leave that town.
A man from behind called and said, now how will you be able to walk all alone? All these days your wife used to help you.
He replied, I am not blind. I was acting, because if she knew l could see her ugliness it would have pained her more than her disease. So I pretended to be blind. She was a very good wife. I only wanted to keep her happy.

I walked down the street in Barcelona , and suddenly discovered a terrible truth - Europe died in Auschwitz ... We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.
The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the people we burned.
And under the pretense of tolerance, and because we wanted to prove to ourselves that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism and lack of tolerance, crime and poverty, due to an unwillingness to work and support their families with pride.

The Rise And Fall of First Made In Nigeria Car
Dr. Ezekiel Izuogu : How the Izuogu Z-600 dream was destroyed
In 1997, a brilliant Igbo Electrical Engineer and Lecturer at the Federal polytechnic Nekede, Dr. Ezekiel Izogu designed and developed the Izuogu Z-600, the first African indigenous manufactured car.
The car was described by the BBC as ‘ the African dream machine as 90% of its parts were sourced locally. At a projected sales cost of 2000 dollars, it would have taken the world by storm and become the cheapest and most affordable car on earth. With mass production planned under Izogu Motors plant in Naze owerri, the prospects of an industrial revolution in Igbo land and Nigeria, was in the making.
The car was equipped with a self made 1.8L four cylinder engine that got 18mpg and allowed the car to achieve a top speed of 140 km/h. Front Wheel Drive (FWD) was chosen over Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) because a transmission tunnel, which RWD would require, would be more expensive to fabricate.
So 90% of the car’s components were made locally. General Sani Abacha set up a 12 man panel of inquiry made up of professionals to ascertain the road worthiness and authenticity of the car and after several days of probing, the committee gave Dr. Izuogu’s car a clean bill of health, recommending that some of the bumps on the body of the car be smoothened. It is worthy to note that this was five years before India built their first car known as the Indi.
At a well organized unveiling ceremony which had General Abacha represented by Oladipo Diya, over 20 foreign ambassadors and thousands of people in attendance, the federal government promised a grant of 235 million naira to Dr. Izuogu.
An excited Dr. Izuogu is still waiting for that grant till today. No dime was released to him. In 2006, the government of South Africa invited Dr. Izuogu to do a presentation about the car in the presence of several world class engineers. Being impressed with his presentation, they invited him to come and set up a plant in South Africa and begin the production of the car.
Dr. Izuogu reluctantly agreed, though he wasn’t happy that the benefits of employment generation will be lost on the locals of Naze and the Nigerian human resources environment. On Saturday, the 11th of March 2006, at about 2.00 a.m, a total of about 12 heavily armed men broke into Dr. Izogu’s factory in Naze and carted away various machines and tools including the design history notebook of Z-600, the design file Z-MASS, containing the design history for mass production of Z-600 car, and the moulds for various parts of the car.
According to Dr. Izogu:
“It seems that the target of this robbery is to stop the efforts we are making to mass-produce the first ever locally made car in Africa. Other items stolen included locally produced timing wheel, locally produced camshaft, locally produced crankshaft, locally produced engine tappets, all 20 pieces each.
Also stolen were ten pieces of locally produced Z-600 engine blocks, ten pieces of locally produced pistons, four pieces of engine block mounds, four pieces of top engine block moulds, ten pieces of engine fly wheel and two pieces each of rear car and front mudguard moulds.”The inventor regretted that not only did they lose over one N1 billion in monetary terms, but also time (about 10 years) and the energy it took to design and produce the moulds. “To worsen the matter, our design notebook was also stolen,” he stated.
He regarded the incident as a national economic disaster because the nation had lost a technological and intellectual property. This Press was quiet about this story. The set back and governments attitude frustrated Izuogu and his dream died.
Movement Against Re election Buhari Begins

Fellow Nigerians, it is no longer in the realm of speculation that our reticent general would seek a second term in office. It is not just his infamous body language speaking volumes about his intention, his actions and utterances lately give us a clear picture of his desire for a second term. His supporters under the umbrella of the Buhari Support Organisation have already launched Buhari’s 2019 bid. His foot soldiers have commenced nocturnal meetings to sell to the public what they know in their heart of hearts is a bad product. Although this has provoked incredulity and anger among many Nigerians, it is not enough however. Our discomfiture must be backed by unwavering action.
This is therefore a clarion call to all those who truly wish Nigeria’s progress, especially the youth who refused to learn from history and threw their weight behind a man they share nothing in common with, to rise up and oppose any attempt by President Muhammadu Buhari to seek re-election in 2019. Although he has the constitutional right to do so, the surprising thing really is that he has the audacity to even nurse the idea of a second term after failing so spectacularly to deliver on any of his campaign promises. Instead, he has created more problems in the country than he met. He is constantly giving excuses for the glaring incompetence of his government while blaming others for his poor leadership; but quick to claim credit for the work of others.
Fellow Nigerians, such a bid will not be in the national interest. It is not just a patriotic duty to oppose his re-election in 2019, it is in the overriding national public interest to deny him the opportunity to continue in office beyond 2019 should he ultimately decide to test our resolve. Failure cannot be rewarded with a fresh mandate.
Frivolous solidarity visits have already begun, to urge him to contest and remain in office till 2023 “to enable him finish the good work he has started”. Some useful idiots are already telling him that “he is the only one who can save Nigeria”. Those fanatics and heretics of faith must be living in another world where delusion is accepted as reality. Well, the truth is that, reality is somewhat less exciting.
All I have for those peddling this narrative is utter contempt. Some of his supporters in Kano are even threatening to drag him to court should he refuse to seek a second term. How ridiculous! We have seen this madness before. Every era has its deranged fellows, just as they have their heroes. We must tell these pretenders that the future of our nation is more important than the election of one man.
If you recall, that was the same thing they told the late General Sani Abacha. The former governor of old Anambra State, Jim Nwobodo even went to the extremes when he threatened to commit suicide if Abacha did not succeed himself. After the death of Abacha, he was reminded severally by the media to carry out his threat, but he would have none of it. Chief Nwobodo is still around, jumping from one church denomination to another, and from one political party to another in search of bread and butter.
All patriotic Nigerians who genuinely mean well for this country must come together to stop Buhari. A second term of Buhari in power will cause a grave and near irreparable harm to our nation’s unity in diversity and whatever will be left of it by the time he finishes his first term. Nigeria is already dancing on the tip of a pin. It is unthinkable to imagine a continuation of the foreboding nightmare much longer.
My opposition Buhari is principally because he lacks the capacity, competence and wherewithal to govern a modern and diverse society like ours. His performance so far is damning evidence of a visionless leadership foretold. It is a cold vindication of an unbiased assessment of the then-candidate Buhari. It was never about personal hatred or party affiliation. It was a vigorous interrogation of the evidence of his previous record in public office, viz. the narrow prism of his worldview, his impunity and contempt

FFK Vehemently Condemn Igbo Humiliation In Nigeria

Such was his shock and anger at the turn of events that the real estate magnate and owner of the resplendent, opulent and stunningly beautiful 'Amen Estate' on the outskirts of Lekki in Lagos, Babatunde O. Gbadamosi, wrote the following:
"I have studied the case. I am going to withdraw ALL my funds from Guaranty Trust Bank tomorrow morning".
The basis of his angst and consternation was the plight of the propietor of Innoson Motors at the hands of Guaranty Trust Bank, the EFCC and the Buhari administration.
Babatunde's disgust and repugnance at the way in which the bank and the EFCC behaved accurately reflects the mood and sentiment of millions of Nigerians on this matter.
Yet in my view the matter goes much further and deeper than just GTB and the EFCC.
They are simply willing puppets, tiny minions and minor players in a much bigger game and a much wider picture.
Permit me to cross the "t"s, dot the "i"s, consider the background and look at the facts.
In the last one year alone no less than three prominent Igbo businessmen have been arrested, humiliated and detained by the Buhari administration.
All three are major employers of labour who fared extreemly well under the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan and whose companies have become household names.
The first is Cletus Ibeto of Ibeto Cement, a humble, charming, hard-working, low-profile and exceptionally profound and insightful man who I met when I was in detention last year.
The second is the ebullient, young and vocal Ifeanyi Uba of Capital Oil and Gas, who later joined politics and who was indeed a member of President Goodluck Jonathan's campaign organisation in 2015 where we worked closely together.
The third is Innocent Chukwuma, the owner of Innoson Motors whose company is the only one in Nigeria that produces cars, who I am told is an absolute gentleman and whom I have never met.
These three men are amongst the five biggest and most prominent Igbo businessmen in the country today. The remaining two are Arthur Eze of Atlas Oronto Petroleum International and Emeka Offor of Chrome Oil both of whom have done very well but that have also had their own fair share of persecution and travails over the years.
I made a point of doing the research in the cases of Chukwuma, Ibeto and Uba and why they were having issues with the EFCC and the SSS respectively and I came to the conclusion that not only had they done nothing wrong but they were being targetted simply because they were perceived as being "Jonathan men", because they were deemed as being sympathetic to the PDP, because they were Igbo and finally simply out of envy from ruthless competitors.
Given that it came as no surprise to me when, just yesterday morning, I was informed that Chukwuma's home was raided and tear-gassed by the EFCC and he was arrested and detained in what can only be described as brutal and questionable circumstances.
I was reliably informed that officers of the EFCC and the Nigerian Police not only injured many in his home but that they also slapped his wife.
Never mind that he was later reportedly offered bail after what can only be described as a gruelling and harrowing period of torment and trauma: the fact is that his home should never have been raided and he should never have been arrested, detained and subjected to this brutal affront and indecorious indignity in the first place.
Such was my concern for him and the way in which the security forces had behaved at his home that I was constrained to post the following on both my twitter handle and Facebook page on that same day. I asked,
"Why should anybody be surprised about the arrest of the owner of Innoson Motors? They did the same to Cletus Ibeto about a year ago.These people come from the "wrong" part of the country and they are providing a service and employment for Nigerians. They must be punished for it!".
I went further by offering some gentle and wise counsel to an old and dear friend by also posting the following:
"I have known the MD of GTB, Segun Agbaje and his two older brothers, Femi and Jimi, for close to 40 years and I have immense respect and deep affection for them. I urge him not to expose himself to the shark infested waters of politics by allowing himself to be used by these barbarians to destroy Innoson. If he does he will regret it".
Yet it does not stop there. The matter goes much deeper and further than just the travails of Innocent Chukwuma of Innoson Motors or indeed those of Cletus Ibeto and Ifeanyi Uba.
It goes to the very heart and foundation of the fundamental problem of what Nigeria has been turned into by those who believe that they own her.
It touches on the nationality question, the quest and struggle for equal rights and opportunities for the various ethnic naionalities that make up Nigeria and the unofficial and unannounced policy of the Buhari administration to treat southerners as slaves and to discredit, crush and malign any Igbo person who aspires to excellence and greatness and who is a source of pride and inspiration to their people.
To those that doubt this grave assertion I have one question to ask: can they, under ANY circumstances, imagine or envisage Aliko Dangote of the Dangote Group or Abdul Samad Rabiu of the BUA Group , both of whom are highly successful, extreemly wealthy and very well-known northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani businessmen, being treated in this way by ANY Nigerian government let alone one like Buhari's that was established by the Fulani and solely for the interests of the Fulani? The answer to the question is a resounding "no".
Yet for the southern businessman and particularly for the Igbo one the rules are very different and the treatment that they get from the government and its security agencies are a world apart.
As a matter of fact they are unfairly deemed and insidiously labelled as the "fatherless ones" and the "orphans of the corporate world" simply because they are on their own and they have no favour or protection from government.
It is clear that any Igbo man that has the temerity and the fortitude to shine and to rise up by dint of conviction, vision, passion and hard work must be humiliated, demonised and denigrated.
The story and the theme appears to be a never-ending one and it touches on all spheres of human endeavour in Nigeria. The policy, principle and practice is the same: as long as you are Igbo you are in trouble and in order to survive you must sing the praises of the Buhari administration, bow and grovel to the Fulani, accept your servitude and slavery with stoic ignomy and "bend the knee".
In the field of the struggle for self-determination and the quest for the establishment of the independent and sovereign state of Biafra the powers that be did it to the great Nnamdi Kanu, to his IPOB and to MASSOB.
In the field of business they have done it to the Chukwumas, the Ubas and the Ibetos of this world.
In the field of partisan politics they have done it to countless Igbo elders and leaders who have refused to bow to the Fulani hegemony that the Buhari administration represents.
In the field of the Armed Forces, the Nigerian Police Force and the various security and intelligence agencies they have done it as countless Igbo career officers have either been denied promotion and operational command or they have been prematurely retired.
Yet all this pales before the fact that thousands of young Igbo men and women have been secretly slaughtered, have been subjected to mass murder and genocide and have been buried in mass graves by agents of the Buhari government and security forces over the last two years and six months.
I have written about this over and over again simply because I believe that an attack on the Igbo is an attack on the whole of the south and is indeed an attack on humanity and all right-thinking people.
It is also an attack on the Christian faith of which I am a member because virtually every single one of the 50 million Igbos in Nigeria are Christians whilst those that are waging this unofficial and undeclared war against them are predominantly Muslims.
That is why the meeting between the Igbo and the Yoruba leaders slated for Jaunuary 11th in Enugu, under the auspices of Nzuko Umunna and which will be attended by the Obi of Onitsha, the Ooni of Ife, Afenifere, Ohanaeze and all the key Igbo and Yoruba leaders, intelligensia and politicians from all sides of the political divide is so crucial.
The Igbo and the Yoruba must set aside our dfferences, look at these matters, speak the bitter truth, come together and agree on how to move forward and protect our collective interest.
Whichever way it goes and whatever happens the matter shall come to an expected end because the God of Heaven will not sit by idly and allow this injustice and wickedness to go on for much longer.
I say this because the blood of the innocent cries to Him in heaven for vengeance and sooner or later He will hear their cry and both deliverance and judgement shall come.
In the meantime when I heard about the injustice that Innoson and his family had been subjected to I wrote the following words which came to my spirit and which burn in my soul right up until this very moment.
It is a heart-felt and powerful lamentation and it reflects the way virtually every right-thinking and sensitive southerner feels and thinks today about what is happening in Nigeria even though they may be too scared to voice it.
"O Igbo what have you done to the sons of Futa Jalon? Why do the heathans rant and rage? Why do the cow-loving aliens and foreign invaders seek to subjugate you and wipe you off the face of the earth?
In silent whispers they claim that they have cursed you, that you are not fit to rule or lead and that they hate you with a perfect hatred. Yet in 1966 you saw all this coming.
You warned us about what would happen and you tried to do something about it. Sadly we would not listen and we laughed you to scorn. You saw what we never saw. You knew what we never knew.
You suffered what we never suffered and you shed the tears that we never shed. 51 years later nothing has changed. They still kill you and rape your women. Only now they have widened the circle and it is no longer just you.
They have enslaved the rest of us as well. They kill us too and rape our women. Those of us from the South West, South South and the Middle Belt that joined forces with them to kill you and starve your children to death have now been turned into their slaves and serfs.
They kill us too and rape our women as well. They also take our land, shame our children and hate and denigrate our faith.
Yet we look on sheepishly and helplessly all in the name of keeping the peace and political correctness: we accept our pitiable plight and we suffer in silence.
The Bible asks, "what can flesh do to me?", yet we ignore this divine injunction and holy scripture and bow our heads in trepidation and shame.
Our men have become women and we mask our accursed fear of death, destruction and incarceration and our inexplicable awe of our collective oppressors with a shameful and cowardly smile.
We readily accept every shame, every insult, every indignity and every act of savagery, brutality, barbarity and callousness that they inflict on us all for the sake of an illusionary, ephemeral, undefined and far-fetched concept known as "one Nigeria" which bears false and delusionary pretentions and claims of nationality and nationhood.
We even thank our collective oppressors and captors and we rejoice with them when they denigrate our faith and when they slaughter our children and our beloved in the fields and in the streets.
O Southern Nigeria: whou has bewitched you? Cowardice is thy name."

Such was his shock and anger at the turn of events that the real estate magnate and owner of the resplendent, opulent and stunningly beautiful 'Amen Estate' on the outskirts of Lekki in Lagos, Babatunde O. Gbadamosi, wrote the following:
"I have studied the case. I am going to withdraw ALL my funds from Guaranty Trust Bank tomorrow morning".
The basis of his angst and consternation was the plight of the propietor of Innoson Motors at the hands of Guaranty Trust Bank, the EFCC and the Buhari administration.
Babatunde's disgust and repugnance at the way in which the bank and the EFCC behaved accurately reflects the mood and sentiment of millions of Nigerians on this matter.
Yet in my view the matter goes much further and deeper than just GTB and the EFCC.
They are simply willing puppets, tiny minions and minor players in a much bigger game and a much wider picture.
Permit me to cross the "t"s, dot the "i"s, consider the background and look at the facts.
In the last one year alone no less than three prominent Igbo businessmen have been arrested, humiliated and detained by the Buhari administration.
All three are major employers of labour who fared extreemly well under the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan and whose companies have become household names.
The first is Cletus Ibeto of Ibeto Cement, a humble, charming, hard-working, low-profile and exceptionally profound and insightful man who I met when I was in detention last year.
The second is the ebullient, young and vocal Ifeanyi Uba of Capital Oil and Gas, who later joined politics and who was indeed a member of President Goodluck Jonathan's campaign organisation in 2015 where we worked closely together.
The third is Innocent Chukwuma, the owner of Innoson Motors whose company is the only one in Nigeria that produces cars, who I am told is an absolute gentleman and whom I have never met.
These three men are amongst the five biggest and most prominent Igbo businessmen in the country today. The remaining two are Arthur Eze of Atlas Oronto Petroleum International and Emeka Offor of Chrome Oil both of whom have done very well but that have also had their own fair share of persecution and travails over the years.
I made a point of doing the research in the cases of Chukwuma, Ibeto and Uba and why they were having issues with the EFCC and the SSS respectively and I came to the conclusion that not only had they done nothing wrong but they were being targetted simply because they were perceived as being "Jonathan men", because they were deemed as being sympathetic to the PDP, because they were Igbo and finally simply out of envy from ruthless competitors.
Given that it came as no surprise to me when, just yesterday morning, I was informed that Chukwuma's home was raided and tear-gassed by the EFCC and he was arrested and detained in what can only be described as brutal and questionable circumstances.
I was reliably informed that officers of the EFCC and the Nigerian Police not only injured many in his home but that they also slapped his wife.
Never mind that he was later reportedly offered bail after what can only be described as a gruelling and harrowing period of torment and trauma: the fact is that his home should never have been raided and he should never have been arrested, detained and subjected to this brutal affront and indecorious indignity in the first place.
Such was my concern for him and the way in which the security forces had behaved at his home that I was constrained to post the following on both my twitter handle and Facebook page on that same day. I asked,
"Why should anybody be surprised about the arrest of the owner of Innoson Motors? They did the same to Cletus Ibeto about a year ago.These people come from the "wrong" part of the country and they are providing a service and employment for Nigerians. They must be punished for it!".
I went further by offering some gentle and wise counsel to an old and dear friend by also posting the following:
"I have known the MD of GTB, Segun Agbaje and his two older brothers, Femi and Jimi, for close to 40 years and I have immense respect and deep affection for them. I urge him not to expose himself to the shark infested waters of politics by allowing himself to be used by these barbarians to destroy Innoson. If he does he will regret it".
Yet it does not stop there. The matter goes much deeper and further than just the travails of Innocent Chukwuma of Innoson Motors or indeed those of Cletus Ibeto and Ifeanyi Uba.
It goes to the very heart and foundation of the fundamental problem of what Nigeria has been turned into by those who believe that they own her.
It touches on the nationality question, the quest and struggle for equal rights and opportunities for the various ethnic naionalities that make up Nigeria and the unofficial and unannounced policy of the Buhari administration to treat southerners as slaves and to discredit, crush and malign any Igbo person who aspires to excellence and greatness and who is a source of pride and inspiration to their people.
To those that doubt this grave assertion I have one question to ask: can they, under ANY circumstances, imagine or envisage Aliko Dangote of the Dangote Group or Abdul Samad Rabiu of the BUA Group , both of whom are highly successful, extreemly wealthy and very well-known northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani businessmen, being treated in this way by ANY Nigerian government let alone one like Buhari's that was established by the Fulani and solely for the interests of the Fulani? The answer to the question is a resounding "no".
Yet for the southern businessman and particularly for the Igbo one the rules are very different and the treatment that they get from the government and its security agencies are a world apart.
As a matter of fact they are unfairly deemed and insidiously labelled as the "fatherless ones" and the "orphans of the corporate world" simply because they are on their own and they have no favour or protection from government.

The True Story Behind Intimidation Of Innosson Motor CEO
*Innoson group Vs GTBank : 30 Key Points you need to know about their dispute :*
*1* - At all Material time , Innoson Nigeria Ltd operates a Current Account with GTBank .
*2* - Innoson obtained , and had repaid same , a loan of N1.3billion from GTB Which was secured with a legal mortgage of its properties valued at more than N1.4billion .
*3* - Innoson discovered that GTBank imposed excess and unlawful charges in its Current account .
*4* Innoson Group Complained to GTBank on his discovery of access charges on his account .
*5* - Both parties ( Innoson and GTBank ) agreed to invite an independent auditing firm that will be agreed by both parties .
*6*- At the end , MULTI-WINGS Consulting Firm of Auditors was invited to properly audit Innoson Nigeria Ltd Current account No 0043753636 domiciled with Nnewi Branch of GTBank . The audit covers a period from March 2004 to Dec 2011 .
*7* - After the account was audited , it was discovered that GTBank has been illegally deducting excess bank charges on its overdraft facility to the Innoson to the tune of seven hundred and Eighty-Six Million, Two Hundred and Five Thousand , Nine Hundred and Fifty-Five Naira , Ninety Nine kobo ( N786,205,955.99).
*8* - GTBank was shocked at the audit report when the report was forwarded to it .They replied in their letter to Innoson on 20th January , 2012 that it will investigate the issue raised and will get back to Innoson on the Conclusion of its investigation .
*9* - In the month of September 2012 , GTBank wrote to Innoson that from their personal audit report , the excess bank charges was Five Hundred and Fifty-Nine Million , three Hundred and Seventy-Two naira ,Nine kobo ( N 559.3Million).
*10* - Innoson agreed to their version and decided to accept payment from it in the spirit of amicable resolution.
*11*- Innoson also requested that the said agreed amount of N559.3million be paid with a 22% interest rate because Innoson had been repaying all his loan with GTBank at 22% interest rate.
*12* - GTBank refused and said that the best they can repay excess and illegal deduction is at 7% interest rate . This led to another disagreement between Innoson and GTBank .
*13* - As a result , in 2012 , Innoson sued GTBank at Federal High Court Awka with Suit No : FHC/Awk/Cs/2012 .
*14* - Federal High Court, Awka delivered Judgement in favour of Innoson in excess of N4.7billion against GTBank.
Delivering Judgement in suit no : FHC /Awk/ CS / 139/2012 , the FHC awarded N4.7billion to Innoson Motors against GTBank .
*The court also ordered GTBank to pay 22 % (percent ) interest on the Judgement debt until all the payment had been made to Innoson .*
*15* - In 2013 , GTBank appealed against the judgement to the Court of Appeal, Enugu Division, appoxite appeal No: CA/E/288/2013 .
*16* - The Court of Appeal , Enugu in a Considered ruling ordered GTBank to pay the Judgement debt of N6billion Inclusive of the accrued interest and any interest that would subsequently accrue thereon into an interest yielding account in the Name of the Chief Registrar of the Court .
*17* - In its various affidavits, particularly at the Court of Appeal in suit no : CA/E/288/2013 , GTBank deposed that if it pays the outstanding Judgement debt of N6billion , much less the N8.5billion , it could go bankrupt and be out of business .
*18* - GTBank went to the Supreme Court .The case is still in the Supreme Court , while the Judgement debt is about N8billion now to be paid to Innoson by GTBank .

*21* - On July 29 ,2011, In a Garnishee Order Absolute , the Federal High Court sitting in Ibadan ordered GTBank to Pay Innoson #2,048,737,443,67 (#2billion) from Nigerian Customs account in GTBank .
*22* - Rather than Comply with the Garnishee Order Absolute of the Court , GTBank on February 6, 2015 appealed the Judgement , but the Court of Appeal in Appeal no. CA/1/258/2011 affirmed the Judgement of the Federal High Court and ordered GTBank to pay the Judgement debt of #2,048,737,443.67 (#2.048billion) to Innoson .
*23* - GTBank , instead , appealed to the Supreme Court against the Court of Appeal's decision where GTBank claimed through a motion in suit no : Sc /694/2014, that the Court of Appeal Judgement in Ibadan (CA/I/258/2011) was procured by suspicious means .
*24* - On May 12, 2017 , Supreme Court in its wisdom and rightly , dismissed that unfounded and exasperating claim of GTB against Innoson .
*25* - As a result , Innoson commenced a N400 billion suit against GTBank , in the suit No: FCT /HC/CV/2448/2017 at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja .

*26* - Consequently , in order to save itself from paying the outstanding Judgement debts to Innoson , the GTBbank filed a petition against Innoson alleging forgery which led to the suit No : FHC /L/565C/2015 by Police .
*27* - On February 17, 2016 , Police properly and Competently withdraw the charges against Innoson , saying they needed to properly investigate the bank's complaints first and see if they had merits .
*28* - On September 1 , 2014 , GTBank secured an ex parte order on Innoson Nigeria Limited, dated September 1, 2014 with suit no FHC/L/CS/1119/2014 , filed before a Federal High Court in Lagos , between GTBank and Innoson Nigeria Limited , issued by *Justice Okon Abang* , ordering that , pending the hearing and the determination of the substantive suit , all Commercial Banks in Nigeria were restrained from accepting in any manner whatsoever to any mandate or instruction presented to them by Innoson Companies or any of its agents or nominees for withdrawal of any sum of money standing to the credit of any account maintained by the company in all the banks.
*29* - However , on June 10, 2015 , *Justice Saliu Saidu* of the Federal High Court , Lagos , in a Considered ruling set aside the ex parte order of September 1, 2014 , by Justice Okon Abang and the writ of summon as well .
*30* - Innoson then slammed a N30 billion suit on Guaranty Trust Bank for what it had suffered in monetary terms and reputational terms during the months when the accounts of its companies in all Nigerian banks were frozen.With Innoson winning both cases at the High Court and both cases at the Appeal Court, and GTB appealing, both cases are awaiting the verdict of the Supreme Court. Meanwhile the fresh N30 billion naira suit has just gone to the High Court to start its legal journey.

Russia Moves Against Churches And Religions
A new law has been signed this week by President Putin stating that:
1) Foreign guests are not permitted to speak in churches unless they have a "work permit" from Russian authorities
2) If a friend or relative from outside Russia wishes to share his/her faith in your home the guest will be fined and expelled from Russia.
3) Any discussion of God with non-believers is considered missionary activity and will be punishable.
4) Missionary activity will be permitted by special government permission. Example: If one travelling on a train shares his faith without written permission, the offender will be taken into police custody for the duration of the journey and will be fined 50,000 rubles ($1,000).
Offenders from the age of 14-years-old will be subject to prosecution
5) Religious activity is no longer permitted in private homes. Most churches in Russia meet in homes.
6) Every citizen is obligated to report religious activity of neighbors to the authorities. Failure to be an informant is punishable by law.
7) One may pray and read the Bible at home but not in the presence of a non-believing person. You will be breaking the law and be punished.
8) If the church has purchased property it cannot be converted into a place of worship.
9) In church buildings, it is not permitted to invite people to turn to God. Worship services are permitted but making a non-believer a follower of Christ is against the law.

Why You Must Respect Your Subordinates

In nearly four decades I’ve only seen my father seriously disappointed in me once.
I was 17. My father and I drove up to the bag drop at our golf club. A middle aged man ran over to grab our clubs and shoes.
As we parked the car I asked my father if he ever felt bad about seeing a man his age in a service role, hustling for a tip while we go play golf.
My father turned to me with a look of disgust which betrayed a disappointment in me as well as an introspective sadness that he had raised such a clueless son.
Paraphrasing... “Son, I need you to understand one thing right now ... if a man provides *shelter, food, education, and love* to his family, it doesn’t matter one bit what he does legitimately for a living ... he is my equal. *Money can make life easier, but it doesn’t make you a man*. Don’t ever, ever ask me a question like that again.”
I count that as one of the most important lessons of my life. Not only has it helped me stay respectful of others (I hope) but, truthfully, it has saved me emotionally in times when I’ve felt less successful than other men — and there have been a lot of those times.
To those of us who work hard every day for our families — no matter what we do or what we earn legitimately — let’s keep our heads high and support each other.

Never Forget Your Friends😊😊
My father thoughtfully stirred the ice cubes in his glass and cast a clear, sober look at me.
"Never forget your friends," he advised, "they will become more important as you get older."
"Regardless of how much you love your family and the children you happen to have, you will always need friends.
Remember to go out with them occasionally, do activities with them, call them ..."
"What strange advice!" I thought. "I just entered the married world, I am an adult and surely my wife and the family that we will start will be everything I need to make sense of my life."
Yet I obeyed him; kept in touch with my friends and annually increased their number. Over the years, I became aware that my father knew what he was talking about!
In as much as time and nature carry out their designs and mysteries on a man, friends are the bulwarks of his life.
After 30+ years of life, here is what I learned:
Time passes.
Life goes on.
The distances increase
Children grow up & and become independent and although it breaks the parents' heart but they are often separated from them.
Jobs come and go.
Illusions, desires, attractions, sex ... weaken.
People do what they should not do.
The parents die.
Colleagues forget the favors.
The races are over.
But, true friends are always there, no matter how long or how many miles they are.
A friend is never more distant than the reach of a need, reaching out to you intervening in your favor, waiting for you with open arms or with blessings for your life.
When we started this adventure called LIFE, we did not know of the incredible joys or sorrows that were ahead.
We did not know how much we would need from one another.
Love your parents, take care of your children, but *keep a group of good friends*

Tips For Survivivg the Pressure of Xmas
There are no special demons that operate in December, it is lack of planning and unnecessary competition that leads to all manner of tragedies this period.
I know a young man who bought a car during Christmas, went to driving school for few days, and chose to drive to the village by himself. Unfortunately, he entered under a trailer on the highway, and everybody in the car, including himself died. That was a careless death. The best thing he would have done was to pay an experienced driver to take him to the village. Many people will repeat this same mistake from next week, and when they die, we will say it is the spirit of ember month. Africans have demonic names for all their mistakes. I'm not saying that there are no forces of hell on the highway, but if we do our part, God will definitely protect us.
I know that some of us will say "God forbid," but the competition to show who is the wealthiest person in the village this season is also why some people may not see 2018. I have always maintained that having cars and building houses, and using expensive wine to wash your clothes is not a sign that you're rich. Stop trying to show the villagers that you're now a wealthy person. If you're truly wealthy we will know. We know that Mike Adenuga is a billionaire because his companies are there for all to see.
To go through this season unscattered, you need rest. Jesus said: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28. The rest He is talking about is not idleness, but having peace of mind while chasing after your dreams.
I will never forget what my brother told me many years ago. He said, "Good things will never finish." That phrase delivered me from unnecessary competition forever. Don't get me wrong, it's good to be motivated or inspired by the achievements of others, but don't let it put you under unnecessary pressure. Celebrate their achievements and move on.
If you cannot comfortably buy cars for now kindly relax. You think you have seen cars? You have seen nothing yet. You will see real cars within the next ten years. So if you cannot comfortable afford the 2017 model of your dream car, kindly wait for the 2020 model. Don't be lazy, but don't kill yourself because you want to belong.
If you did not plan to travel to the village during this festive season, kindly stay back and rest. Let me be frank with you, January is almost here. You must do two things before you travel. Firstly, don't tamper with your children's school fees. Secondly, don't tamper with your house rent if you're still a tenant. Don't forget that Christmas is only one day celebration.
Finally, experts said that fatigue is the major cause of road accidents in Nigeria! As an experienced driver, I understand what they are talking about. The moment you find out that you're feeling sleepy while driving, don't sit there and be pleading the Blood of Jesus. Pull over immediately and wash your face. Walk around and probably rest for a while before you continue the journey. It is better to be late than for people to add 'late' before your name.

The purported Story behind the picture of the dead man at onigbongbo bus stop in Maryland Lagos goes thus ...
"A danfo brushed his car, and the man left his car, removed his shoes and ran after the danfo, he tried to hold the bus but the bus conductor pushed him away and another danfo coming knocked him down and that was the end."
Relate this to the scenarios below:
Scenario 1:
Two men were involved in a road rage in the ever busy Nyanya road in Abuja. One brushed the other unintentionally.
The fellow whose car was brushed pursued the other fellow, blocked him, came out of his car with his wheel spanner and commenced to break the head lamp of the other fellow.
The other man refused to come out of his car, allowed the man in utter rage to satisfy himself and drove off. It might probably cost him N100,000.00 plus or minus for him to fix his head lamp...but he is still alive.
Scenario 2:
A staff of the National Assembly, in an attempt to avoid knocking down an Okada rider who was driving against the traffic, rammed his car into a stationary vehicle.
He came out of his car and engaged the cyclist in a hot argument. Unknown to him the cyclist was armed with a knife, with which he stabbed the motorist to death and rode away. The motorist is dead and his family is mourning.
Advice:
There is so much Anger, Mental trauma and Lawlessness in the country right now.
As much as possible avoid arguments with strangers and when it happens, don't allow it to degenerate into scuffle or violence.
As quickly as possible, leave the scene.
• Note that the Nigerian legal system is still too weak to bring ALL criminals to justice.
Moreover, no level of justice can bring you back to life...

How A Nigerian Collected Money Owed By Married Woman
I called a married lady who was owing me money, but she didn't pick my calls.
I called 10 times more, still no answer. Knowing that her husband was not at home, I decided to send her this message:
"Hello Madam, I'm not calling for the money. I just wanted to tell you that 2 girls were fighting over your husband in town today. It was a big match and he was just there watching, until
one of the girl managed to escape into his car and they drove off".
After some minutes, she called me but I ignored her. She kept calling and I found 21 missed calls from her and a message which read:
"Where was the fight?
Where did they go?
Did you notice those girls? Please tell me, I am falling apart."
I just read and didn't respond. She called again, 5 times and I didn't answer, then another message from her:
"I have your money, please can we meet, so you tell me more?"
Then i replied, "Okay, you can Send it Tru Mobile Money transfer so that I pass by the filling station to refuel, then I will pick you and drive you to one of the Girl's House because I know them."
After 2 mins, I checked my account balance, my money was fully paid.
I then switched off my phone and slept like a baby......Am I Wicked?

They Say There is A Bitch In Every Woman
This is a very interesting story and a lesson for men.

Young King Arthur was ambushed and imprisoned by the monarch of a neighbouring kingdom.
The monarch could have killed him but was moved by Arthur's youth and ideals. So, the monarch offered him his freedom, as long as he could answer a very difficult question. Arthur would have a year to figure out the answer and, if after a year, he still had no answer, he would be put to death.
The question was:
*What do women really want?*
Such a question would perplex even the most knowledgeable man. And to young Arthur, it seemed an impossible query. But, since it was better than death, he accepted the monarch's proposition to have an answer by year's end.
He returned to his kingdom and began to poll everyone: the princess, the priests, the wise men, and even the court jester. He spoke with everyone, but no one could give him a satisfactory answer.
Many people advised him to consult the old witch, for only she would have the answer. But the price would be high as the witch was famous throughout the kingdom for the exorbitant prices she charged.
The last day of the year arrived and Arthur had no choice but to talk to the witch. She agreed to answer the question, but first he would have to agree to her price.
The old witch wanted to marry Sir Lancelot, the most noble of the Knights of the Round Table, and Arthur's closest friend. Young Arthur was horrified.
She was hunch-backed and hideous, had only one tooth, smelled like sewage, made obscene noises, etc.
He had never encountered such a repugnant creature in all his life. He refused to force his friend to marry her and endure such a terrible burden.
But Lancelot, having learnt of the proposal, spoke with Arthur. He said nothing was too big of a sacrifice compared to Arthur's life. And the reservation of the Round Table. Hence, a wedding was proclaimed and the witch answered.
Arthur's question thus:
"What a woman really wants?"
She said, "A woman wants to be in charge of her own life."
Everyone in the kingdom instantly knew that the witch had uttered a great truth, and that Arthur's life would be spared. And so it was. The neighbouring monarch granted Arthur his freedom. And Lancelot and the witch had a wonderful wedding.
The honeymoon hour approached and, Lancelot, steeling himself for a horrific experience, entered the bedroom. But, what a sight awaited him.
The most beautiful woman he had ever seen was sitting by the bed.
The astounded Lancelot asked what had happened. The beauty replied that since he had been so kind to her when she appeared as a witch, she would henceforth become her horrible and deformed self only half the time, and be the beautiful maiden the other half.
"Which would you prefer?" She asked him. "BEAUTIFUL during the DAY... OR at NIGHT?"
Lancelot pondered the predicament.
During the day, he could have a beautiful woman to show off to his friends, but at night, in the privacy of his castle, an old witch!
OR,
would he prefer having a hideous witch during the day? But by night a beautiful woman for him to enjoy wondrous moments with?

The Fight Between Finance minister and Gwarzo Over Oando
Perspective!!
Minister of Finance Mrs Kemi Adeosun unearthed a previous petition against Mounir Gwarzo and suspended him as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC] because he demanded to be served in writing with her order to stop SEC’s forensic audit of Oando Plc, Daily Trust learnt from informed sources and official documents in Abuja yesterday. Adeosun, who said she was giving the order in her capacity as the Board of SEC, implied that it was President Muhammadu Buhari who wanted the Oando inquiry stopped because she said the president did not give her orders in writing. When Gwarzo insisted on a written order, the Finance Minister said he too had a petition written against him and that she would suspend him in order to allow for a full investigation.
The straw that broke the camel’s back was a November 27, 2017 letter that SEC’s Head of Legal Department wrote to Oando’s Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Adewale Tinubu, cousin of APC National Leader Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. SEC informed Tinubu that it had appointed five firms including Akintola Williams Deloitte, United Securities, Nasiru Muhammad and Co, SPA Ajibade and TJADAF Consulting and Associates to undertake a forensic audit into the oil firm’s affairs. The audit, among others, is to determine Oando’s financial health, determine if there was insider trading in the company’s stock in 2013-15, determining the accuracy of its shareholding records and review its assets disposals and the purchasing parties, among others.
According to the documents that Daily Trust obtained, trouble for Oando began when SEC received petitions from Ansbury Investments and Dahiru Barau Mangal alleging going concern of Oando, insider dealings, acquisitions of subsidiaries without SEC approval, misstatements in the company’s audited financial statements, declaration of dividends from unrealised profits, violation of SEC rules on remittance of dividends to registrars, related party transactions and discrepancies in Oando’s shareholding structure, among others. After its initial findings, SEC ordered a forensic audit and ordered the Nigeria Stock Exchange to suspend trading in Oando’s shares. The oil firm went to court on October 24 to try to stop both the forensic audit and suspension of trading in its shares but a Lagos Federal High Court judge threw out the case on November 23.
A day later, on November 24, according to the documents, top Finance Ministry officials led by the permanent secretary met with the SEC DG and approved that the forensic audit of Oando should go ahead. Three days later however, on November 27, Minister of Finance Adeosun summoned Gwarzo to her office and ordered him to discontinue the forensic audit of Oando. Instead, she said SEC should impose a penalty on Oando. Mounir Gwarzo demanded that the Board order be given to him in writing. He also wrote a memo to the minister the next day, November 28 highlighting the dangers of discontinuing the probe of Oando, which he said would render SEC impotent in dealing with all transgressions in the securities sector. It was at this point that Adeosun resurrected a petition and suspended Gwarzo from office pending a probe of the allegations against him.

CIA Agent Confesses On Deathbed: ‘I Killed Bob Marley’
Former CIA agent Bill Oxley has confessed on his deathbed to assassinating Bob Marley on behalf of the government.
A 79-year-old retired officer of the CIA, Bill Oxley, has made a series of stunning confessions since he was admitted to the Mercy Hospital in Maine on Monday and told he has weeks to live. He claims he committed 17 assassinations for the American government between 1974 and 1985, including the music icon Bob Marley.
Mr. Oxley, who worked for the CIA for 29 years as an operative with top-level security clearances, claims he was often used as a hitman by the organization, to assassinate individuals who could represent a threat to the goals of the agency.
Trained as a sniper and marksman, Mr. Oxley also has significant experience with more unconventional methods of inflicting harm upon others, like poisons, explosives, induced heart attacks and cancer.
The 79-year-old operative claims he committed the assassinations between March 1974 and August 1985, at a time when he says the CIA “was a law unto itself.” He says he was part of an operative cell of three members which carried out political assassinations across the country and occasionally in foreign countries.
Most of their victims were political activists, journalists, and union leaders, but he also confesses to assassinating a few scientists, medical researchers, artists and musicians whose ideas and influence “represented a threat to the interests of the United States.”
He claims he had no problem with going through with the assassination of Bob Marley, because “I was a patriot, I believed in the CIA, and I didn’t question the motivation of the agency. I’ve always understood that sometimes sacrifices have to be made for the greater good.”
But Mr. Oxley confesses that Bob Marley remains unique among his victims, as he was the only victim he “felt anything for.”
“The others were assholes. Bob Marley was Bob Marley. I was no closer to being a long-haired hippy back then than I am now, but I must admit Bob’s music did move me. It held some power over me.”
He claims to have “mixed feelings” about Bob Marley’s death. On the one hand, Marley was “a good man, a beautiful soul” with “profound artistic gifts” who did not deserve to have his life cut short. But according to Mr. Oxley, Bob Marley was also placing the goals of the CIA in jeopardy and threatening the existence of the United States:
“He was succeeding in creating a revolution that used music as a more powerful tool than bullets and bombs. Bob Marley in 1976 was a very serious threat to the global status quo and to the hidden power brokers implementing their plan for a new world order. As far as the agency was concerned, Bob Marley was too successful, too famous, too influential… A Jamaican Rastaman who started using his funds and fame to support causes around the world that were in direct conflict with the CIA… To be honest, he signed his own death warrant.”
“It’s not like we didn’t warn him. We sent a few guys to shoot up his house in Kingston,” Mr Oxley says, referring to a shooting in the Marley residence that left the singer with an injured arm and chest. “We had a message for him. We impressed upon him the gravity of the situation he found himself in. He didn’t listen.”
“Two days later, in the mountains, I stuck him with the pin.“
How Bob Marley was murdered by the CIA
Two days after Bob Marley was shot in the left arm by one of three gunmen who ambushed the singer and some of his crew in his house in Kingston, and after a brief stint in hospital, Bob Marley travelled to the protective hills of the Blue Mountains and spent time at the highest point in Jamaica, rehearsing for an upcoming concert.
According to Mr. Oxley, he used press credentials to gain access to Bob Marley during his Blue Mountains retreat. He introduced himself as a famous photographer working for the New York Times, and gave Bob Marley a gift.
“I gave him a pair of Converse All Stars. Size 10. When he tried on the right shoe, he screamed out ‘OUUUCH.‘
“That was it. His life was over right there and then. The nail in the shoe was tainted with cancer viruses and bacteria. If it pierced his skin, which it did, it was goodnight nurse.”
“There had been a series of high-profile assassinations of counter-culture figures in the United States in the late sixties, early seventies. By the time Bob Marley’s time came around, we thought subtlety was the order of the day. No more bullets and splattered brains.”
Mr. Oxley says he kept close contact with Marley during the final years of his life, ensuring the medical advice he received in Paris, London and the United States “would hasten his demise rather than cure him.” He died from cancer in May 1981. He was just 36 years old.

“The last time I saw Bob before he died he had removed the dreadlocks, and his weight was dropping like a stone,” he says.
“He was very withdrawn, unbelievably small. He was shrinking in front of us. The cancer had done it’s job.”
“The day he died in Miami was definitely one of the most difficult moments in my career. I felt real bad. For a long time I wasn’t comfortable with my part in his death. But eventually I came to realize it had to be done, for America.”
