On the 14th day of the month of Ramadan, Saif Al Islam the son of Libyan dictator M. Gaddafi was granted amnesty and released from incarceration. This is happening years after the father was killed and and progress of Libya stopped by a bitter war after Arab spring. I suppose they looked at what Libya had before Arab spring and what Libya has become after the Arab spring and they have come to the conclusion that peaceful transition no matter how long it takes is always better than a violent change.
