$32.5 Million RE- LOOTED BY STAFF OF NIGERIA'S FINANCIAL CRIME BODY

During the 2015 presidential campaign in Nigeria, every question you asked the then presidential candidate Buhari was answered with the same calculated deception thus " I will fight corruption, save money from fighting corruption and invest it in that area of the economy" That punch line resonated with the poor masses because of the apparent inequality in Nigerian society. Of course both corruption and inequality can only be tacked  effectively with new laws, reforms and new taxation formulas. The war against corruption is raging, local investors as well as foreign investors have hibernated with their funds, waiting for the 4 years of trial to pass. The corruption fight is actually the only aspect of the government that still excite Nigerians but when you hear that the money recovered has been looted again, it sends a  terrible signal that things are out of control. In fact the immediate past head of EFCC was accused of not depositing one trillion Naira to the federation account and distributing houses seized from corrupt officials to his family members. The man complicated the issue by getting court injunction to stop further investigations into the matter. The rest is history. This time around a sum of thirty two  million dollars given to Nigeria as out of court settlement from Halliburten scandal has gone missing . The acting chairman who is busy running errands in order to be confirmed chairman have been complaining that some elements want to reduce his powers. Of course reforms being proposed by those people you accuse of hunting you down is what the whole country needs. If you cannot find money inside your own bank account how come you can locate them in pit latrines and uncompleted buildings. Stop cyber stalking bloggers and get your job done please.
