Edo state APC has paid local government employees 7 months salary after weeks of protest. That singular action though positive in negativity brings up the question of sincerity of governments in Nigeria. How can a government owe so much only to settle it before an election.I believe that salary is a human right and owing of salaries is nothing but a Cricum crankum of policy in the language of Patrick Obahiagbon
