SLEEP IS THE BEST MEDITATION...........DELAI LAMA



According to Delai lama, people should try and study Eastern traditions properly before delving into meditation. He said that sleep is the best form of meditation. If sleep is truly the best form of meditation, how is it that some people perform ten complete hours of sleep in a day and still they are looking for spare time to do some meditation. Such a person should go and find a better use for his time because if you sleep 8 hour daily for 30 years, you would have spent 10 years sleeping and what did you achieve in the remaining 20 years.In any case achievement is not a must. Nature actually spends more energy in prevention than in action.
