The Nigerian Boko Haram ravaged state of Borno, have just discovered that 10,000 people in their pay roll are ghost workers . For avoidance of doubt, these are people who do not exist or names of human being added to payroll as a front to collect money monthly. These salaries are usually given to the workers by hand not into their bank accounts. Therefore for the state not to know that the names were not human being reeks of complexity. It is very clear that recession has forced the governor to look into the books to see if he is directly funding Boko Haram elements or not. You wonder how a rag tag army called "Western education is forbidden" can afford to buy so many AK 47 and RPG, the money must be coming from somewhere. The immediate past first Lady after seeing all the deception cried out "There is God oo" but Nigerians laughed and made music of it.
