EMIR OF KANO THROWS A SOFT PUNCH

Emir of Kano has carefully warned President Buhari that his government may suffer the same fate as that of his predecessor. We all recall that he was the same person that once wrote a semi open letter to Jonathan claiming that $49 Billion was missing and thereby pronouncing the government as corrupt. Jonathan started looking for his feet and later bargained the amount down to $1.3 Billion after audit. Sanusi was given a generous leave and the rest is history. Today he has warned about the direction of Buhari's government. It is not certain what aspect of Buhari's government is fast becoming like Jonathan's government. Is it the economy, the appointments, the hunger in the land or corruption. What Nigerians fail to realize is that Nigeria is like a machine that is designed to fail and that non of the leaders since after the Nigerian civil war have been assessed as a success by any standard. If the so called corrupt leaders failed and the so called non corrupt fail, the inexperienced fail and the experienced fail, those that stayed long fail and short term ones fail then there must be something wrong with the foundation. It is not rocket science to look at other countries and see how things work. Bob marley should be respected in Nigeria; Until the philosophy which hold one man superior and another inferior if discredited and abandoned, we may continue to wobble.
