Former Minister Kayode believes that once Buhar is able to locate oil in Northern Nigeria, then he may start taking advise from 170 million economic adviser trying to tell him what to do about the economy all at the same time. Many believe that Buhari may spend 100 Billion Naira looking for oil worth 1 Billion Naira. Already he has budgeted 40 Billion and drillers are having a field day.
