This green card being rolled out by Federal Government of Nigeria has nothing in common with American green card for your information. The aim of the green card is to help youth coppers save money in some shops. While some fast ones are busy making plans to get the card, others are saying that you have to have something before you can save it. By implication they are saying that their pockets are completely empty. Some are asking for details, saying that this is the same way 5000 Naira was promised but there was no budget for it. Please those close to power should speak up and say whose pocket will yield the green card expenses.
