India tourism Minister Mahesh Sharma has warned both Indian ladies and other female visitors in India to be proactive in avoiding rape. He advised that no woman should wear skirts mini, bum shorts or any other dressing for that matter that will allow the rapists easy access to their targets. The warning became necessary because it is becoming clear that many men in India regard raping as sports. Any moment you see an Indian man smiling at you you must ask yourself the safety question " Am I presently at a risk of being loved by force?
