Nigerian drug law enforcement official inadvertently lost his life in Maidugri chasing a suspected drug pusher. While it is very good to be enthusiastic about your job but if you are not very good in swimming how do you intend to grab a human being inside water and restrain him. In fact to me any person that cannot swim a 10 feet deep water and still jumps into water for any reason should be regarded as suicidal.
