Athletes all over the world have lamented that it makes no sense trying to run past Bolt because he seems to be capable of running faster than he actually runs at the moment. We all see the races and we know that Bolt has a habit of checking out his co runners in order to determine what gear to use against them. Bolt is indeed a legend.
