Nnamdi Kanu the recently released freedom fighter and Biafra activist, has categorically stated that the bail condition given to him by a compromised judge violates his human right. If it is true that the accused is innocent until proven guilty, it should also be inferred that the accused should be blameless and should receive no punishment until convicted. With annoyance he added that it is only a cow that you can tell not to speak to people and not to be seen in a gathering and so forth, He said he is a prince from a family that receives visitors on daily basis.
In the same vain his lawyer has reiterated that any bail condition that violates human rights of the bailed is null and void. That therefore means that the lawyer giving those condition has proven herself incompetent.
All these reactions became necessary after some Nigerians started murmuring that he has violated his bail condition and that he should be arrested again. If in deed we are using any constitution in this country Nigeria, we should follow it strictly for every Nigerian and not to remember constitution when a common man is found in the spider web of laws
